The hotel is well located, closer to the promenade and lovely restaurants a few steps away. The rooms are large, loved loved that there's a kitchen sink and microwave in the kitchenette just makes huge difference to your ordinary hotels. The little touches in the rooms are top tier! Did I mention the amazing stuff and I mean every staff member takes pride in what they do which is just amazing. Definaltely recommend.

Had colleagues stay here for three nights and myself for one evening. Accomodation was comfortable, rooms neat and clean. Breakfast service was excellent. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The Reception men and women very extremely helpful and assisted me with extending the stay for my colleagues for an additional day without and inconvenience. Will definitely be back with any of my other colleagues in the future. The hotel sits on the Promenade which was was convenient for them to walk and run during their stay.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed but I feel we were to a certain extent, judged. It felt like I didn't matter when I was addressed by the receptionist, which is a prevelant problem across multiple hotels. However, other Consultants were very friendly and prepared to go out of their way to assist. The resturant stuff were friendly and smiled... Difficult to ignore the smile and friendliness. The rooms were clean and overall service great.

I had a lovely stay. My bath plug wasn’t working properly so the bath water wouldn’t stay in the bath. Very minor detail and not a complaint but I thought the new artwork in the passages were great but the room looked very dull and the canvas of a boring landscape made the room look very drab. But the bed and pillows were so comfy and it was great to have Netflix in the room. The room service was speedy and tasty. Only complaint was there was too much chilli added to my pasta. I like spicy food but the chilli was a lot. Other than that it was a great stay! Lovely breakfast and the pool area is looking great and the chairs were so comfy.
