Sustainability is the lifeblood running through Potato Head Studios’ veins, from the recycled brick and concrete cast in reclaimed driftwood to the floating stilt structure it rests on. Experience a twist on classic cocktails, designed by legendary Bali bar owner Dre Masso. Having worked at some of London’s hottest venues, from the Atlantic Bar to Lonsdale, and started the Worldwide Cocktail Club with the late Henry Besant, Dre is a true cocktail connoisseur.
