Getting to Torquay is easy. The Sands Resort is located approximately one hour’s drive from Melbourne via the Princes Highway.

Flights depart regularly to Melbourne from major gateways including Singapore (approx seven hours, direct), Hong Kong (approx eight hours 45 mins, direct), Bangkok (approx nine hours, direct) and Dubai (approx 14 hours, direct).

Airport transfers are not included in your package. Please contact the resort directly for help arranging pickup and drop-off (extra charges apply).

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest of any age may stay for a surcharge of AU$40 per night, sleeping on a rollaway with accommodation only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel at a cost of AU$15 per night. Payable directly to the resort.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Please note: Unless part of a valid membership, persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted access to the pool and gym.
