7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Daily breakfast is served at The Laneway from 7am to 10.30am.
- Daily massages cannot be accumulated. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Massages are per room, per villa. The One-Bedroom Pool Villa will receive one massage per day, the Two-Bedroom Pool Villa will receive two massages per day, three massages per day are available in the Three-Bedroom Royal Pool Villa and four massages per day are available in the Four-Bedroom Presidential Villa.
- Guests can choose between traditional Balinese massage, foot relaxation massage, foot reflexology, symmetry massage or sports massage.
- Daily free-flow cocktails are available from 4pm to 6pm at The Laneway.
- Welcome drink is a non-alcoholic iced rosella tea served at check-in.
- Four-bedroom packages require two vehicles for transfers.
- For stays of five to six nights, guests receive two lunches or dinners per room, totalling four lunch or dinner credits for the One-Bedroom Pool Villa, with one credit per person. For stays of seven to nine nights, guests receive three lunches or dinners per room, totalling six lunch or dinner credits for the One-Bedroom Pool Villa, with one credit per person. For stays of 10 or more nights, guests receive four lunches or dinners per room, totalling eight lunch or dinner credits for a One-Bedroom Pool Villa, with one credit per person.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
- Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
- Additional guests in the Three-Bedroom Royal Pool Villa and Four-Bedroom Presidential Villa will not receive return transfers, even when their party has selected the Private Airport Transfers package. Additional guests will need to be organised separately.
