I have stayed at Peppers 3 times now and each time has been great. I travel to Canberra for work often so I have tried many of the hotels and this is easily my favourite. The staff are all lovely, the rooms are great (especially the new ones), and the food is brilliant. I will be staying here every time I'm in Canberra.

We wanted to extend our thanks for a truly enjoyable and seamless stay during our recent visit. As pet owners, it was such a relief to find a hotel that not only allows pets but genuinely caters to their needs. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that pets are welcome—not just tolerated. The room was clean, stylish, and well-appointed, with thoughtful pet-friendly touches that made all the difference.

The place overall is satisfactory. However, in the room my family booked, there was only a shower, (not complaining), no microwave, no cutlery, no toaster, no bowls/plates and very scratched bed frames. This was a bit of a surprise to us, but I think the atmosphere in general made it a bit more likeable. It's near many attractions as swell as a convenience store just down the road. Beds are comfy despite the headboards and shower is nice.

The hotel is in poor condition, very dated interior and facilities, with a poor and confusing layout. The staff were very polite and helpful.
