Getting to Pelican Waters Resort is easy. The hotel is located a 40-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport and just over an hour from Brisbane Airport.

Flights depart regularly to Brisbane from major gateways including Singapore (approx seven hours, direct), Hong Kong (approx eight hours 45 mins, direct), Bangkok (approx nine hours, direct) and Dubai (approx 14 hours, direct).

Airport transfers are not included in your package. Please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Classic Room – Package valid for  two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children.

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests (aged 13 years and over) may stay.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation only.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel at a cost of AU$50 per night, payable directly to the resort.

One-Bedroom Spa Suite – Package valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child or infant.

Extra Guest Policy: Extra guests (aged 13 years and over) are not permitted.

Child Policy: One child (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation only. A rollaway bed may be added for a surcharge of AU$50 per night. Payable directly to the resort.

Two-Bedroom Apartment – Package valid for  four people.
