We chose Park Royal due to reward points on our credit card. It was not disappointing in the least. Found in the heart of the Nana area, there's easy access to BTS, a million 7/11's, malls, massages, basically anything your heart desires. Our room was a one bedroom one bath with kitchen and living room. It had a washer/dryer in it, which was extremely handy. The rooms were huge for Bangkok standards. I'm talking SPACIOUS!!! My husband was able to work in one room with me having a huge bedroom with a sliding door for privacy. The bathroom was equally large with a steam shower and separate bath. The king size bed was comfortable and had feather pillows, if that's your thing. The hotel has a bar and restaurant inside that offers room service. We ordered chicken Ceasar salad more than once because it was so good and a reasonable price. They also have a spa on the 8th floor near the gym. I got a massage our 1st day, and it was fantastic. I chose a relaxing sweedish style with aroma oil. It was just what my sore body needed after the 15 hour flight from Australia. There's a pool (indoor) but I never made it before 8pm when it closed. But it looked very nice. My husband used the gym multiple times. While small, its got the basics for people that are weight lifting or strength training. Housekeeping was always helpful and kept the room spotless. The reception staff are warm and professional. We even utilized their luggage hold service. This was our home base in Thailand as we hoped around to visit other provinces. Each time we returned we were greeted like old friends. Our luggage was safe in their care ( at no extra charge!). Wifi was reliable and the u it had two tvs. Air conditioning was great. The street noise, while very loud, was not an issue. We found the walls insulated well, and didn't have any issues sleeping, despite thd often rowdy crowds below. If you're looking for a high-ish end experience for a reasonable price I highly recommend you check them out. We would come back with no hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience at Parkroyal Suites Bangkok. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Truly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the team who went above and beyond to assist me when my third-party booking couldn’t amend my dates. They personally helped me secure the new dates and even upgraded my room. such amazing hospitality! The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the BTS station and surrounded by many great spots to explore. As a small token of appreciation, I shared some Malaysian pineapple tart desserts with the staff. They truly deserved it for their warm and genuine service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality in Bangkok!

We stayed here for 5D4N; no frills place that is clean and comfy. We didn't use the watching machine or kitchenette however good to have them as a available option. We also had a free upgrade for one of the rooms. I would ask the hotel to consider upgrading some of their towels - clean but doesn't look so great :) Special shout out to Por for his friendly and polite demeanor - super helpful. Overall good stay for it's price.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great bed and strong water pressure. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which I appreciated. The location is excellent, with BTS Nana just a short walk away. However, the area get a little crazy at night due to the red-light district nearby, which may not suit everyone. The only downsides were that the building feels dated, and the rooms don’t achieve complete darkness, which can affect sleep quality. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for comfort and convenience with easy city access.
