I had a wonderful experience at Parkroyal Suites Bangkok. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Truly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the team who went above and beyond to assist me when my third-party booking couldn’t amend my dates. They personally helped me secure the new dates and even upgraded my room. such amazing hospitality! The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the BTS station and surrounded by many great spots to explore. As a small token of appreciation, I shared some Malaysian pineapple tart desserts with the staff. They truly deserved it for their warm and genuine service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality in Bangkok!

Stayed here from 23–27 May 2025 in the Studio Suite. Check-in was easy, though we waited a bit since we asked for early check-in — the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. The room was clean and cozy, though a bit on the cold side. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Amenities were okay — nothing too fancy, but had what we needed. Breakfast was decent, but I wish there were more options. The location is super convenient — close to everything we wanted to do. Overall, a really comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great bed and strong water pressure. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which I appreciated. The location is excellent, with BTS Nana just a short walk away. However, the area get a little crazy at night due to the red-light district nearby, which may not suit everyone. The only downsides were that the building feels dated, and the rooms don’t achieve complete darkness, which can affect sleep quality. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for comfort and convenience with easy city access.

PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok occupies an awkward middle ground. While it markets itself as a four-star property, the experience feels closer to a solid three-star hotel with some notable shortcomings. As someone familiar with the PARKROYAL brand (which informed my decision to book here), this property unfortunately falls short of the standards I've come to expect. The breakfast service is genuinely poor and represents the hotel's biggest failure. The quality is so subpar that it borders on appetite-killing; stale pastries, unappetizing hot dishes, and a presentation that suggests minimal care or effort. For a hotel at this price point, serving breakfast this mediocre feels almost insulting. You're better off skipping it entirely and finding a nearby café instead. This alone significantly drags down the overall experience. The hotel's aesthetic is noticeably dated, with interiors that recall early 2000s design trends. The styling isn't offensive, but it feels tired and could benefit from modernization. The suites have a somewhat nostalgic quality that some might find charming, though most will simply see it as overdue for an update. These observations come from staying in one of their higher-tier rooms, which should theoretically represent the hotel's best offering. The air conditioning was louder than expected, creating some background noise that could disrupt lighter sleepers. While not a dealbreaker, it's something worth noting for those sensitive to sound. This property feels like a bit of a stain on the PARKROYAL brand, particularly for guests who have experienced their other properties and expect a certain level of consistency. The gap between brand expectations and actual delivery is jarring. PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok needs a refresh to meet contemporary expectations. The property isn't terrible, but the abysmal breakfast combined with dated interiors makes it hard to recommend unless you're getting a substantial discount.
