I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I booked two rooms for my friends and myself, and we were warmly welcomed from the start. The rooms were spacious and of good quality, with daily cleaning service. The minibar was complimentary and restocked every three days (with water provided daily). Breakfast was very good, offering plenty of variety without being overcrowded (thanks to low season). I would, however, suggest adding more fresh fruit options. The location is ideal, right by the sea and close to a main road. The pools are large and beautiful, with spectacular sunset views. The game room (ping-pong, billiards, Nintendo Switch) was well-equipped and enjoyable. The parking area was spacious and made it easy to park our scooters. I would recommend extending the pool opening hours to allow evening swims, especially for the adults-only pool, which I felt closed too early.

I had the pleasure of staying at PARKROYAL Langkawi, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and genuine, with staff always smiling, attentive, and ready to help. You can really feel their dedication to making every guest feel special. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding: stunning pools, a perfectly maintained private beach, and restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious cuisine. A special mention goes to the breakfast – plentiful, diverse, and of excellent quality, with something to satisfy every taste ♥️ In short, this hotel is a true haven where luxury, comfort, and impeccable service come together perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return on my next trip to Langkawi! 🇲🇾

A great place for a short getaway with kids. There are many activities to do within the resort so it never gets bored! The staff at the kids club are very friendly and engaging, I feel safe putting my kids in their care and the kids had a great time there. The activity room is full of things to do and our favourite is the switch Mario Kart! The playground is huge and sheltered, making it perfect for little ones.

There were some highs and lows with my stay at Park Royal. The highs are mainly around the welcoming and service from most staffs, the adult only infinity pool, the Lancava restaurant where the food and the service were impeccable, the spa- had a few gingerly massage with my therapist Wani- she was amazing. Some improvements for the hotel are: 1. Ensure that the room is better clean and all beverages are not expired- it was a nice room but the bathroom tiles were mouldy. 2. Customer service at checking can be improved, had an issue where checkin took a while and we were already exhausted 3 Dealing with issues with more focus on customer satisfaction- A deposit issue made me feel frustrated specially on my anniversary and could have been handled better, however thanks to Miss Nurul, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a better last few days and we really appreciate the effort and we finished our stay on a high note. Overall we had still a pleasant stay and was relaxing.
