Overall I am very satisfied and feel contented throughout my stay here. I appreciate the warm and polite services rendered by the management and staffs. On top of this, the room is always clean, comfortable and cosy. It has nice pool and the view at sunset at pool is exhilarating. This is my third stay and am happy to inform you that I will return to stay here. Once again, i like to thank you for your warmth services and hospitality. Thank you

great location for train and bus stops and only a 15 minute walk to The Twin Towers. The rooms were large and very clean with comfy beds. The staff were all friendly, courteous and polite at all times. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and various culinary delights . We drank in the bar area whilst there, and the entertainment was excellent. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

🌟 Outstanding Stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION – Truly 5-Star Service! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and understanding. After a long 17-hour journey, we were so grateful to be offered an early check-in, which we really appreciated The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for our family. We loved the breakfast buffet — a massive variety of dishes that even catered to my fussy kids. Everything was fresh and well presented. The staff deserve special mention — always smiling, attentive, and quick to assist with anything. On our last morning, we had to leave at 6am for a domestic flight, and they thoughtfully arranged a takeaway breakfast with more than enough food. They even made sure to include waffles just for my son, who’s particular about what he eats. That kind of detail and care says everything about their service. Location-wise, it’s excellent — within walking distance to Pavilion Mall, Lot 10, Fahrenheit, and even the night markets. A big thank you to the team at PARKROYAL COLLECTION for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL!

1. I was given a room facing an alleyway/parking lot, which definitely didn’t feel worth the price considering the view. 2. I requested eating utensils yesterday and called twice. Each time, the receptionist assured me they were “on the way,” but they never arrived. 3. During check-in, the receptionist told me breakfast was included. I would never even have the vague idea of having breakfast if the receptionist didn't say this, and when I went to the breakfast area the next morning, they told me my room did not include breakfast.
