great location for train and bus stops and only a 15 minute walk to The Twin Towers. The rooms were large and very clean with comfy beds. The staff were all friendly, courteous and polite at all times. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and various culinary delights . We drank in the bar area whilst there, and the entertainment was excellent. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

My 2nd stay at the parkroyal, first one was before the pandemic so the renovation provide a fresh experience for me. Rooms were nicely done up, it had sufficient space for 2 and toilet amenities were what you’d normally expect. Great that you have in room cable tv where I could catch live premier league action and there is mirroring if you need it as well. The location takes the cake for me. It’s located beside bukit bintang LRT station- which means you can get from KLIA to the hotel in under 1hr 30 mins. It’s walking distance to 3 malls including the pavilion and if you’re game enough, a 15-20 walk to the twin towers. Great plage for shoppers and those wanting to stay near multiple attractions. I noted many families with young children staying at the hotel. Great pool and gym facilities as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Royal Collection KL. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming, while Chef Hafiz and the breakfast team were humble, attentive, and happy to fulfill special requests. The Malay kuih was traditional and delicious. The bell staff were very helpful and kind, making check-in and luggage handling smooth. The pool bar staff, especially the lady on duty, were engaging and went out of their way to accommodate special requests. The only area for improvement was the restaurant service staff during breakfast, who could be more attentive and professional when clearing plates or serving food. Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay with excellent service in most areas.
