In response to the QLD Government new public health and social measures linked to vaccination status will come into place from 17 December 2021 (or when Queensland reaches 80% double vaccination status).
- All staff and guests (16+) must be fully vaccinated to stay from 17 December 2021 onwards.
- All visitors and guests over the age of 16 must be fully vaccinated and able to provide proof of vaccination
- All visitors and guests will be required to check-in via an app
If guests are due to be at the resort on or after 17 December and haven’t been vaccinated, there are several options they can choose:
- If guests are planning to be vaccinated but will not be fully vaccinated before your intended travel, the resort can help change the dates free of charge, subject to availability.
- If guests are not planning to be vaccinated and need to cancel their booking, please contact Paradise Resort Gold Coast’s reservations team and they will provide a full refund.
