Great location. Relaxed staff and environment. Having read some of the reviews written re noise and service….. noise was caused repeatedly by trucks outside the resort, so nothing they can do. Service, when you find a staffer, was outstanding. They know that they need to (and do) provide good customer service. Internet access by the pool was poor at best, so take a hot spot with you. Our biggest problem with this stay was the huge prices of anything to eat or drink in the immediate vicinity. Bring supplies, as some rooms have basic cooking facilities. Would I recommend this particular resort? Absolutely yes.

Great location across the road from the beach and bus stop to Cairns. Restaurants just acstroll away. Really comfortable bed, but the room and bathroom especially tired, no fan in the bathroom so very steamy. would have been nice to have table and chairs on the balcony.

Beach front property great for Beach goers. Definitely need your own car for other tourist spots, shopping etc. This place has very limited car parks. The pool is cold, but the spa is warm. VERY poor wifi - no excuse for such bad service today. Studio and 1 bedroom apartments have only a small fridge. Studios have no sink nor cooktop, just a microwave, kettle and toaster. Shower needs mould treatment. The apartments are probably average for the area, definitely NOT 4*.

A very touristic village but a very nice place! The apartment was almost clean, just a few hair left in the shower... can happen. All other equipment was fine and new. But in the end the details made the whole impression.... Sorry that's a no go for me....no sink in the small kitchen in our apartment...so you have to clean the dishes in the bathroomsink😳 And no mosquito defense at the doors....so you always have to keep them closed. What was very uncomfortable was the fact, that directly in front of our terrace doors there was a bar/restaurant...free view in our room, except you close the wooden jalousie. Positive was the BBQ area...really nice and clean ...as well the pool and the spa. That was the "hardware"... Communication with the reception was not possible without changing our daily plans. We started before 9am and came back mostly after 5pm. Due to the fact that it was easter weekend we didn't have a chance to get further information. Just the list with do's and don't was handed out when we arrived....also few minutes past 5pm🥴. I was really annoyed because we had just 2 towels for shower and one together for the rest....if we would have had more or changing we would have asked at the reception and pay for that.... that's not hotelservice at all. Extra fee on all things....? And yes...we could have contacted the reception by mail....but honestly... I'm on holiday... So ...If you want to offer Paradise on the Beach...think about the services that make holiday a real paradise.
