The room and its view were to die for!! The pool and pool staff were so professional and were checking in on us regularly. Rosa, the check-in staff was absolutely fantastic,she found a lost bag of ours and held onto it. Upon return, no questions asked. All the staff are delightful and always go above and beyond to assist you in anyway they can!! We will be back, without doubt!

I stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore Marina for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many famous attractions. I stayed in a suite, which gave me access to the 38th-floor lounge — the view was stunning, and I loved enjoying drinks and food there throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next Singapore!! Honestly, everything was better than I saw the pictures on Google. 😄

We went for afternoon brunch at the Edge restaurant , (let’s it a 4 hour buffet). Loads of Taittinger Exquisite Seafood and Asian Fusion Brunch Buffet! We spent three unforgettable hours enjoying this hotel’s brunch buffet, and it exceeded every expectation. The spread was a feast for the senses — featuring an impressive selection of exotic seafood, from fresh oysters and prawns to sushi, sashimi, and perfectly seasoned grilled fish. The Asian fusion dishes were equally outstanding, blending bold flavors and elegant presentation in every bite. The service was top-notch — attentive, professional, and always delivered with a smile. The staff ensured our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed to fully enjoy the experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, with a relaxed pace that made it easy to savor each course. It’s the perfect setting for seafood lovers and anyone who appreciates fine Asian cuisine. An exceptional brunch buffet that’s well worth every moment — we’ll definitely be returning soon! The only downside is that the love musicians are far too loud , and it did remind me of a beach party, where all I wanted ti do was catch up with my friends after the Singapore Formula One race because I had such a massive hangover. But there again that is a very personal view of mine. Great service from a waitress called “Auntie Poh Lan ”

Celebrated my 40th with 4 friends. The request to have our rooms close by each other was accommodated. Check in and out was easy and quick. Concierge was very helpful and always plenty of people working to assist. Gym was very decent for a hotel and even at times when it was busy there was always space and some equipment to use. Breakfast, restaurants and bars inside are very expensive. Appreciate it is Singapore however neighbouring venues are superior. Pool was good. Bathroom and changing rooms were air conditioned and serviced regularly. Certainly a space where you could spend an afternoon or whole day if you wanted. Take note that it does start to fill up around 3:30-4pm. If you would like your pick of seating come before then Birthday cake, card and balloons a nice touch. I would come back and recommend others to stay. Next time I would give the lounge access rooms ago. The view from the top and the cost of drinks in the bar etc would mean it’s worth it
