Pan Pacific Raffles in Singapore is truly impressive. The location is impeccable, right in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering food from many countries and catering to every taste. On top of that, the service is excellent, attentive, friendly, and professional. A top choice in Singapore.

A great experience with my Family members during my sem break. The hotel staff was just good in their service. Serve by Kelvin (if not mistaken). He was so well manner and helpful. Very attentive during the whole session. We will definitely be there again. And I will recommend my friend and relatives too.

Excellent location — very close to train and bus stations, and within walking distance of major attractions. The room offers a beautiful view, as do the restaurants. It had everything we needed, including electric adapters for both US and European plugs. The room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with international options including American, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. 100% recommended! If I return to Singapore, I will definitely stay here again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel room, while vintage and small, provides a stunning view that enhances the stay. The lobby exudes beauty and charm. However, the Pacific ballroom is undeniably cramped and becomes too warm when accommodating large crowds. The halal food served is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement to elevate the dining experience.
