7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Refurbishment Notice: The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment of guest rooms and suites. Construction work will be conducted from 7.30am to 6pm from Mondays to Saturdays excluding public holidays, and from 8.30am to 5.30pm on Sundays. During this time, guests may experience some noise between these hours. Pan Pacific Perth appreciates your understanding, and apologises for any inconvenience caused. The hotel takes all possible measures to keep noise and any other inconvenience to a bare minimum. Guest leisure facilities and lobby level dining outlets will remain open and available as per usual operation.
- Hotel refurbishments may continue until August 2024. Pacific Club Lounge may be closed for refurbishment. During this time, the Club Lounge will be relocated to lobby area next to Más Vino Wine Bar.
- As part of Pan Pacific Perth’s ongoing commitment to enhance their property and services, the hotel is undergoing an exciting refurbishment. As such, from Monday 29 July, the Pacific Club Lounge services will be temporarily relocated to Monty’s Restaurant. Please note there will be no interruption to club lounge service daily, these will be relocated to the Monty Dining Area

- Dining Credit: The included food and drink credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
