Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Beachfront Villa, Serenity Bure and Hibiscus Suite – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people. Additional guests are not permitted.

One-Bedroom Beachfront Bungalow — Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people.

Extra Guest/Child Policy: One additional guest (aged two years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$50 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation only. Payable directly to the resort. Return water taxi transfers and the Whitehaven Beach tour can be added for a surcharge during purchase.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the resort for a surcharge of A$15 per stay.

Connecting rooms are not available.

ZigZag Whitsundays Whitehaven Beach Tour — valid for two adults.

• Full day trip departing Palm Bay Resort at approximately 9am and returning at approximately 4:30pm.
• Includes a visit to Whitehaven Beach, South Whitehaven Lookout, all snorkelling and wet suit equipment, lunch, snacks and return transfers to Palm Bay Resort.
• ZigZag Whitsundays will reach out within two business days to book your desired date.
• Departure from Palm Bay Resort Front Beach.

Island Transfers return water taxi transfers — valid for two adults.

• Includes return water taxi transfers departing at 12pm from Shute Harbour, approximately 10km past Airlie Beach.
• Island Transfers will reach out within two business days to book your desired date.
• This experience does not include: connecting shuttles/taxis. Guests are required to make their own way to the departure point.
• 24hrs notice required for all bookings. Bookings made within 24hrs from time of travel may not be able to be fulfilled or may attract a surcharge.
• If passenger numbers exceed 20 people, a second service may be scheduled approximately 50 minutes later.
• Timetables may change in line with airline schedules, please check prior to travelling.
• Island Transfers is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to breakdowns, marine incidents and/or inclement weather.
