Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Adelaide Oval Climb Experience

• Embark on an exciting adventure to Adelaide’s iconic oval with a daytime rooftop climbing experience. Breathe in the fresh air from up high as you enjoy 360-degree views of Adelaide, spanning from the foothills to coast, while on a thrilling journey walking across metal walkways and stepped bridges. Following the guidance of your expert climb leader, sit on the world-first stadium rooftop seats that hang 50 metres over the hallowed turf. This is a city tour like you’ve never seen before.

Fine Print:

• Available: April – September: 10am–12pm or 3pm–5pm; October – March: 9.30am–11.30am, 10am–12pm or 5pm–7pm.
• Not valid: Event days or during stadium operations.
• Venue address: The RoofClimb Centre is located on Level 1 of the Riverbank Stand at Adelaide Oval.
• Access to the Riverbank Stand is via South Gate, off War Memorial Drive.
• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing to be worn under your climb suit and flat, rubber-soled, enclosed shoes (sneakers /runners) are required.
• Prescription glasses and sunglasses can be worn and securing lanyards will be provided. Jewellery and watches cannot be worn.
• Participant minimum height 120cm; maximum weight 136kg.
• Participants less than 20 weeks pregnant require medical clearance.
• Participants 20 weeks pregnant and over are not permitted to participate.
• Please refer to RoofClimb Adelaide Oval’s website for more information on medical conditions restricting participation and to download the Medical Clearance Form. Participants need a low level of fitness with the ability to cope with moderate physical exertion at heights of up to 50 metres. Participants must walk and climb up and down ladders and multiple flights of stairs unaided for approximately 1.25km. Participants will walk across industrial style, open metal grate walkways and stepped bridges.
• Participants will undergo a breath analysis during check-in and must return a reading below 0.05% blood alcohol concentration.
• To safeguard against objects potentially injuring people below, participants cannot take any loose objects with them including cameras, GoPros, phones and tablet devices. RoofClimb operates in all weather conditions, including rain, wind and sunshine. Experience does not operate in electrical storms, extreme heat, hail or extremely high wind conditions. Guests will be contacted directly to postpone the climb if affected by these extremes.
• Adelaide Oval is a multi-purpose entertainment venue hosting a wide range of events including AFL, cricket, international sporting events, concerts, and other major events, year-round. On major event days, restaurant dining is not available for the event duration. While the hotel does take restaurant bookings in advance, should a sporting event or other major event booking fall on the same day as your restaurant booking, your booking may need to be relocated or changed in date.
