This place is awesome! Very high end luxury stay. The staff knows what they're doing and treats you well. Loved the bar area. The rooms are super nice, extremely well taken care off. The location is awesome as well plenty of things to do around. 10 out of 10.

One of the BEST hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. The entire hotel staff (EVERYONE) - was so pleasant, kind and welcoming. The front desk staff were TOP tier & so accommodating!!! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Omni Hotel, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was top-notch. Brenda, the general manager, clearly leads by example with her attention to detail and genuine care for the guests. She and her team made me feel right at home! The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop. The views were nothing short of stunning, offering a breathtaking panorama of the city that is perfect for photos or simply unwinding with a cocktail. Speaking of cocktails, the happy hour at the hotel was fantastic—great drink specials and an amazing atmosphere that made it hard to leave! In addition to the great amenities at the hotel, the location couldn’t be better. There’s so much to explore just a short walk away. Overall, my stay at the Omni was absolutely incredible, and a huge shout-out to Brenda and her team for making it all possible. I’ll definitely be back!

Completely amazed by the Omni ASU, its location and the staff at this beautiful hotel! I celebrated my birthday here for a few days, and I just want to give a huge shout out to the entire staff for making it so special, but especially to the ambassador, Lei Wong! From days before our check-in to the very end, she was so accommodating and made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was going well. She was over-the-top caring and paid attention to the small detail details which I greatly appreciate. We extended our stay because of her. The entire staff was great. There was a time where I was just sitting in the lobby, and somebody stopped to offer me a bottle of water which I’ve never heard of at any hotel. They are so clean, attentive and well worth the stay. Amazing location too: on mill Ave, a $10 uber rides away to Scottsdale. Will be staying here again!
