Overall had a comfortable, hassle-free stay at this hotel Pros: - Great water heater and water pressure - Pleasantly surprised there is a microwave - Plenty of power outlets - Spacious and clean - There's a water filter so you don't have to boil water for drinking Cons: - Pillows are waaaaay too soft, they deflat into roti canai once you sleep on them - There's no floor mat provided in the bathroom? We were kind of stunned. Unsure if housekeeping forgot to leave one for us. It resulted in water being trekked out into the bedroom

A Wonderful Experience at Oakwood! We had booked three rooms at Oakwood for two nights, and our experience was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, well-maintained, and came with kitchen n drawing area ample storage space, which made it easy for us to organize our belongings. One of the highlights of our stay was the flexibility and support from the Oakwood team. We needed to keep one of the rooms for a few extra hours, and they kindly allowed us an additional three hours without any hassle. It really showed their commitment to guest comfort. We were also pleasantly surprised that they arranged Indian vegetarian food for us, which made us feel even more at home. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable and memorable. Thank you, Oakwood Team! 🙏🌟

This hotel located in a good location just few minutes away from the closest 7-Eleven that is also a small mall in that area. Check in process was quite smooth. I get two key cars per room and Wi-Fi work quite well. Room is very spacious. Big bathroom and bathtub big bed and separate living room. They also provide some small kitchenette. Air condition work well however there is some smell in my room. Breakfast is good. Main menu is changed every day. Overall, there are not much selection of dish but acceptable compare to the price. Gym is a bit small, but I am OK as there is only me when I use it. Compared to the price, everything is very value for money

Location not too near to any big mall but there are good restaurants and supermarket nearby. Service staffs are good. They found my lost items and kept it for me. Decent swimming pool. Buffet breakfast is not recommended. Cleanliness is mediocre/passable. The key card somehow always has issue. Changed mine few times during the few days stay. Best part about this hotel is that it's an apartment with living room and it has laundromat at the basement. Lift is so slow and it does not serve the basement where the car park and laundromat is. So you need to carry your dirty clothes. You need to bring your car to lobby level to load and unload your luggage.
