The food is delicious and clean. The service attitude is very cheerful and friendly. Thanh Thu at the restaurant is cheerful and friendly. My uncle and aunt stayed here for 2 nights and really want to come back.

The room is comfortable, clean, and tidy. Breakfast has many hot, diverse, and rich dishes. The service spirit of the staff is very good. Thanh Thu of the restaurant serves enthusiastically, thoughtfully, and proactively.

I am a guest staying from 2025.4.28 to 30. The hotel is conveniently located, the surrounding environment is quiet, and the facilities in the hotel are very complete. But the hygiene in the room was problematic. I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom in the early morning of April 29, 2025, and my sleep quality became very poor. I reported it to the lobby staff in the morning, but the only response I got was whether they would help with the cleanup. Hotel staff must be better trained on how to handle this.
