- Infants count towards the max occupancy. A cot is available on request, and subject to availability, for a surcharge of NZ$20 per night
- Housekeeping: Best Flexible Rate and Advance Purchase rate packages includes daily housekeeping service. Long Stay Rate package includes weekly housekeeping. All other packages do not include housekeeping (departure clean only).
- Onsite payments incur a 2% surcharge when using a Credit Cards, International Debit Cards and PayWave. New Zealand EFTPOS Card or Cash does not incur any surcharge. A valid photo ID and a credit card pre-authorisation of NZ$1 will be required upon check-in. Guests must be 18 years of age and above in order to check-in. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
- Due to health & safety reasons and emergency protocols, we do not allow any rooms with more than 4 guests at a time, including visitors.
