Really loved staying here - it's not downtown in busy Queenstown but not too far away either. Using the shuttle bus was easy and the drivers were always prompt and super friendly. Above anything else our apartment room on level 3 had fantastic views, was quiet, well equipped in the kitchen - it had everything you might need, and all the other fittings were luxurious and special. Yes, this resort has got construction going on, but we didn't hear a thing! Ubers did come to reception (easy) and walking into Queenstown was a lovely 30 min stroll if you didn't want to take the shuttle or drive. Staff were super kind and answered all our questions! Thank you

No restaurant open when we came Most of the staff don’t even say hello, Imogen was amazing though! Weekday shuttle driver was great, really helpful. Weekend guy wouldn’t even put the heater on in the middle of winter. Views are absolutely incredible and the rooms are perfect. Really steep driveway that is not great with luggage.

We booked the penthouse at Oaks Foreshore in Queenstown and were really disappointed to say the least. The entire properly was a construction site, and receptions was shoved into a narrow, pokey hallway and poorly signed & so random! Literally a hallway where accommodation is. The staff weren’t welcoming, one I believe was a duty manager was quite passive aggressive and the whole vibe was bad. We asked for a cot to be in the room, which we were surprised with that being extra cot charge at checkout. $20 a night for a porta cot, with NO BEDDING! I used the spare blanket for my daughter & went down to reception to get another - I was questioned where the first blanket was…. Why did that matter?! Parking wasn’t included, and for the exorbitant price tag, the whole experience fell far short of what you’d expect from a “luxury” penthouse stay. The hallway smelt like rotting fish, so did the carpark we had to walk through. Aside from the views, it felt like an average two-bedroom apartment. A complete let down.
