- A non-refundable 1.5% service charge applies to all credit card transactions made at the property.
- Upon check-in, a valid photo ID and a credit card pre-authorization of $A1 will be required.
- Guests must be 18+ years of age and above in order to check-in. A parent or official guardian must accompany all guests under the age of 18.
- Housekeeping: Best Flexible Rate and Advance Purchase rate packages includes daily housekeeping servicing. Long Stay Rate package includes weekly housekeeping. All other packages do not include housekeeping (departure clean only).
