The team at front desk are amazing moved me to another room when not happy with first. Overall a great stay, had to ask for split beds. It was no trouble for the lovely staff who helped get this done 😊. I would say housekeeping it adequate but they need to wipe over door handles / cupboard after each stay. A nicer cleaning fragrance in room would be good or open balcony while cleaning to let in fresh air it was a bit stale on entry. Very minor room improvements (fresh coat of paint, & bath tubs/ shower base renewed ) would benefit the accommodation. Thanks again for being so friendly.

Staff are very friendly and aim to please. It’s a shame that the cleanliness of the rooms isn’t up to standard if you have a long stay. Once a week cleaning is not enough when staying for 3 months. Also don’t supply cleaning equipment to at least mop the floors. Obviously rules set by management so the staff have to cope with complaints from guests.

EDITED - ok good news, our stay was very pleasant and the staff were fantastic! Rooms were great. DO NOT BOOK - Booked to stay tomorrow night but am dreading it given the poor service have received so far. Emails (requesting to book carpark\request bed configuration\request for early check in) have gone un replied, phone calls never get answered, the 1300 number loops back to main menu despite whatever option you choose. Other Oaks main numbers go to an offshore call centre where staff are lovely but unable to assist. Finally got through to someone at reception today and he was exceptionally rude raising his voice, talking over the top of me and accusing me of being rude - so much for customer service (happy to admit if I was but was not). So lets see how the stay pans out...... p.s. overseas operator advised Oaks is dropping this venue later this month so if you book you may be bumped.

Just a standard hotel accommodation, located on the city nice and close to everything in the CBD. Pretty disappointing management twice they mishandled 2 separate bookings as well as I had to move rooms due to some of the amenities not functional. I wouldn't stay here again
