Are loving our stay here. Really lovely staff on the front desk. Great sized rooms with really comfy beds and the best pillows I’ve slept on. Right next door to an IGA which was so handy. Walking distance to everything in the CBD. So many restaurants close by. Fully equipped kitchen if u really had to cook ( we didn’t ) Bath was so handy for the little ones as was the washing machine and dryer Would definitely stay here again

Room was more than spacious enough, clean and functional and a 3 min walk from where I needed to be. Reception is tired and needs some spend though, seeing reams of paper being used as computer stands and mouse pads was a bit sad, but didn't affect my experience. Would stay again if had business in the quadrant.

The team at front desk are amazing moved me to another room when not happy with first. Overall a great stay, had to ask for split beds. It was no trouble for the lovely staff who helped get this done 😊. I would say housekeeping it adequate but they need to wipe over door handles / cupboard after each stay. A nicer cleaning fragrance in room would be good or open balcony while cleaning to let in fresh air it was a bit stale on entry. Very minor room improvements (fresh coat of paint, & bath tubs/ shower base renewed ) would benefit the accommodation. Thanks again for being so friendly.

Not a great experience! This is place isn’t even 3 star in my opinion. When we arrived the tv didn’t work. Unlike most decent hotels, there is no foxtel, Netflix or other streaming on these televisions. You cannot cast to them either! Just basic channels … if yours works! The rooms had no balconies, and only a couple of very tiny windows, which took us 2 days to find. No working fan in the bathroom. Staff said they would come to look at it. No one ever came. The second night we stayed here was very cold. Our heater wasn’t working. We spoke to staff. They offered me a blanket. I said no thank you, I wanted proper heating. They then offered me a plug in heater. I said this was not acceptable. I asked for a refund so that I could go to a hotel with proper heating. They then said they would see what they could do. They then offered us another room. So We packed everything, got ready, waited, then after half a hour they said no you you can’t have another room. They continued to mess us around for over an hour and a half. When they finally said they would give us a refund, it had gotten so late my daughter was so tired and hadn’t had any dinner because we thought we were going to another room. While I waited to be given another room, a heater or a refund, my daughter fell asleep without food. It was past her bedtime time. How was I going to get a sleeping disabled teenager to another hotel after it got so late?They messed us around so long, I had no choice but to stay. No staff ever called back.. Even when I explained my daughter’s medical condition and that being cold could be dangerous, they did nothing. They Kept offering a plug in heater but never brought one. Despite me repeatedly telling them the cold was a medical risk. I waited for another hour, so almost 2 1/2 hours for a heater that never came. In the end, I gave up calling reception and my daughter and I had to sleep cuddling to try to keep warm and I had to wake every hour to check on my daughters medical condition due to the cold. Absolutely horrible night! Staff at this hotel are disinterested and unhelpful. The actual hotel isn’t any better. It has no restaurant, no pool, no gym, no amenities at all!! The lifts were dirty and fallling apart and made very strange noises. They rattled a lot and are in need of urgent and major maintenance. The bathrooms are old and dated with no ventilation and are starting to crack and wear. Most of the rooms are done up cheaply. There is stains on the carpets. The window seals let in a lot of cold air. There is also a funny smell throughout this hotel. Not a pleasant one. The one and only positive was the location. It was right where I needed to be. I wouldn’t call this place 4 stars. And I wouldn’t stay here again. There is much much better value for money.
