Wonderful Stay at Oaks Liwa Heights – Feels Like Home I had a truly pleasant experience at Oaks Liwa Heights in JLT Cluster W. The hotel offers a range of spacious options including suites and serviced apartments, which made my stay feel incredibly comfortable — almost like being at home. The staff were exceptionally cooperative and courteous throughout, always ready to assist with a smile. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of the location. Whether you're visiting Dubai for work or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed in a two-bedroom lake-view apartment for six months, and it was a truly wonderful experience. It was very spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always attentive to our needs. The apartment was consistently clean and well-maintained, making it feel like home. The lake view was absolutely breathtaking—especially in the early mornings with the fog, and during the winter and rainy days. It added a beautiful cozy touch to the morning. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Exceptional Service and Care at Oaks Liwa Heights Having spent six months of my one-year booking at Oaks Liwa Heights, I am consistently impressed by the level of service and care provided. A special mention must go to Ms. Priyanka and the entire front desk staff. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine helpfulness are truly outstanding. They are always ready with a smile and handle any inquiries with prompt and courteous attention. The dedication to guest comfort extends to the room cleaning staff, who are incredibly thorough and attentive. They take great care in ensuring the apartments are spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant living environment. Their diligence is truly appreciated. So far, my experience at Oaks Liwa Heights has been nothing short of excellent. The combination of a well-managed property and a dedicated team, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I have absolutely no complaints and look forward to the remaining half of my stay. If you're looking for a hotel apartment in Dubai with exceptional staff who genuinely care about your well-being, I highly recommend Oaks Liwa Heights. I stayed here alone for two nights. The room was small but quiet and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which was important due to the heat outside. The bathroom was okay — not modern, but well cleaned. Breakfast was basic but included in the rate. The staff didn’t go out of their way to socialize, but I had no issues. Overall, a practical stay for someone traveling solo.
