Update 5 May 2025, 3.40pm AEST: Due to a special event occurring from 2pm Friday 16 May 2025 until 10am Sunday 18 May 2025, The main building will be closed and guests will not be able to access the area. This includes:
- Top Floor: Members Lounge, Toilets, Oak & Vine, Reception Lobby
- Ground Floor: Bistro & Bar, Bistro Lawn, Main Hotel Pool, Bistro Terrace, Lagoon Pool
- Additionally, the Driving Range will be closed from Monday 12 May 2025 to Tuesday 20 May 2025.

- The Golf Course will be temporarily closed from 3 to 5 February 2025 and 1 to 4 September 2025. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
- Best Flexible Rate and Advance Purchase rate packages include daily housekeeping. Long Stay Rate package includes weekly housekeeping. All other rate packages do not include housekeeping (departure clean only).
- A non-refundable 1.5% service charge applies to all credit card transactions made at the property.
- A valid photo ID and a credit card pre-authorisation of A$1 will be required upon check-in.
- Guests must be 18 years of age and above in order to check in. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
