Lovely staff upon arrival, fantastic bar and service area. Lovely breakfast with a massive variety of food. Very large spacious room that would have had amazing views if it wasn’t for the huge building block that is being built right in front of it (unfortunate for the Novotel as it blocks the view of the harbour which devalues the views). Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location by the harbour. Restaurants of different food style are about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Good view out of our room where we stayed at. Breakfast could be better would give it 4/5. Wish they would do variations during the week. Had dinner once and the hamburger, fish and chips were delicious. Staff were friendly and courteous (front desk, restaurant, concierge) I left phone chargers at home and they tried their best to find us cables for us to charge our mobile phones. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay – Great Location & Service! I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour. The hotel is in a perfect location—just a few minutes’ walk to the Convention Centre and right near the vibrant Darling Harbour area. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh options, and the coffee was excellent—a great way to start the day. The foyer and bar area are stylish and welcoming, with a great atmosphere to relax or catch up with friends. What stood out most was the friendly and professional customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, warm, and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays. I’ll definitely be back!

Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour is in a great position, with a light rail very close and walking distance to the city and Darling Harbour. Reception were busy, but the wait was minimal and they had a room ready for me in the afternoon. The room, I was disappointed with. The bathroom grout was dirty and cracked tiles, I am thinking maybe my room is due to be renovated?? But certainly needed work. The beds, chairs and table were comfortable. Lifts were always available, even though it was a busy weekend. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Nice and fresh, I was pleasantly surprised how big the spread of options were. Even though the bathroom wasn't great, I would recommend as it is in a fabulous position.
