Absolutely Loved It! This hotel truly exceeded expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable — perfectly situated and incredibly photogenic, making it ideal for capturing unforgettable memories. The beach was spotless, with soft sand and well-maintained surroundings. You could easily spend the whole day there, just relaxing and soaking in the views. The pool was a highlight — large, crystal-clear, and beautifully designed. Great for both relaxing swims and stunning photos! Service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. And the breakfast? Fantastic. A wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and something to suit every palate. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

the location is amazing, and the food from Soul Kitchen (lunch and dinner menu) are all very tasty. Breakfast buffet is average, I think they could probably do better but it’s okay for the price. I suggest changing the blue placemat (ที่รองจาน) at Soul Kitchen because they have lots of stains on them and feels quite dirty, although the restaurant itself seems quite clean. Live music at dinner time was great and the view was amazing. But while the live singer was resting, the music was not vibing and they also come with commercial ads (probably Youtube or Spotify ads) every 2-3 songs. I think the hotel should just invest in Spotify premium or Youtube premium to solve this issue because bad music really kills the vibe. Nevertheless, all the staff are very nice and helpful, I appreciate all of their help. One name I remember was Shuyaa, he’s very polite and helpful. Every staff member here deserves a praise. The public bathroom at the pool could be cleaner though. the floor is always wet. I think better sanitation would make this hotel even more pleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Patong Beach, making it easy to enjoy the area's vibrant atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was a standout - well beyond my expectations, and the scenic beach walk added a lovely touch to the mornings. A special mention goes to one of the staff members, Top, who was exceptional at making everyone feel welcome and at ease. The only downside was the additional 10% tax and 7% service charge added to every bill. It made dining and enjoying a glass of wine feel more like paying UK prices, which took away from the overall value and experience.

I’ll start with the positive. The staff was attentive and friendly at this hotel. The food and beverage manager always checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with the food and service. The food at the restaurant was good. The hotel is at the end of Kamala Beach with a good ocean swimming area in front. The hallways walls were marked and dirty. The room was clean but everything was old and needed a refresh. The pool area is cramped and it felt like a small plunge pool. It was difficult to get a chair. A lot of the lounge chairs were broken or worn out. Same with the chairs in the dinning room and upstairs bar area. The gym was okay, just a lot smaller than the photos showed online. In general, the photos online looked a lot better than the property today.
