Our family had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around, and the staff were always welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and overall it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

This hotel could not have been nicer. We were in Kuala Lumpur for my son‘s wedding and the culture was very new to us.Our son married into the most beautiful liberal Muslim family,and as with the hotel staff we were made to feel extremely welcome by everyone. It was a lovely hotel and well worth the money. The staff was a friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever come across.

Hotel was strategically located. Very near to everything (all walking distance only). Room was spacious, toilet was very clean, good water pressure, nice view from the hotel room and the check-in & check-out process was very smooth & fast. I highly recommended this hotel for those who want to explore KL.

Location of the hotel is good if you want to be near the towers, mall and bars. Hotel staff, when needed, were polite and transactional, I wouldn't say particularly friendly or welcoming. Our room felt a bit tired and rundown. It also wasn't particularly clean, with stains on the carpet (seemed to be the case everywhere on our floor) and marks in the bathroom. We also put the sign out on the bed requesting for the bedsheets to be changed due to stains, however this didn't happen and the bed was just made. As others say, the hotel is quiet but the air con in the room is very noisy if that sort of sound bothers you. Gym is okay, decent cardio equipment but only a few machines. There are dumbbells and a fly machine but no squat rack or leg press machines. We didn't use the pool, but if you're wanting a hotel to lounge by the pool each day, I would look at other options. Overall, the hotel was okay, but there are other hotels around for similar prices that look nicer.
