Mark at the front desk was incredibly helpful. We had a reservation, but then came a day early because of an incoming typhoon. Location was perfect because everything shut down due to T10 typhoon warning, but being in the hotel connected to the mall was so helpful! Room we got was a little dated. But it was very spacious. Highly recommend this location especially being near the airport. We had an early flight and the free airport shuttle was so fast! We had adjoining rooms for us and our kids. Very convenient.

I am very thankful your on duty hotel manager Mr. Daniel for his kind assistance. The hotel is very nice. My son and I are very satisfied. But one thing I noticed was our room did not have enough USB outlets for charging our electronic gadgets at the same time. Nevertheless, everything is perfect. Hotel provides shuttle bus to bring us to airport. The concierge personnel are kind and helpful too. We will definitely stay in this hotel in our future trip to Hong Kong if we would like to shop again at the outlets.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. I just hope they upgrade their TVs—hotels like this should already have Smart TVs, and these don’t even have HDMI ports. Location is great if you’re visiting Hong Kong Disneyland or Ngong Ping Village, but be ready for a lot of walking since you have to pass through Citygate Outlets. On the plus side, they offer free shuttle service to and from the airport.

I would give 4.5. Nice rooms, breakfast, and customer service. And convenient complimentary airport shuttle. I would give a bit off my rating for the shower being a bit less clean than I have seen it in some other 4/4.5 star hotels, and I slightly prefer also having a power socket next to the bed (as in some other hotels), eg. to charge the phone while it is an alarm clock in bed/next to the bed. I think the closest power socket to the bed I saw was about 2 metres away, a bit far for my phone charging cable. A couple of small things.
