All the staff are so nice! Excellent service in the reception, especially Phuóng Anh was so helpful and friendly. Also restaurant service and kitchen staff were great. We had a very nice breakfast with many varieties, Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, etc as well as western items. The room we had, had a little kitchen and a fridge with a proper freezer compartment to blast the drinks even colder. My son and I enjoyed the jacuzzi and outdoor pool with awesome city views.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. As I was traveling alone for business, the room size was just right, and the bed was a king-size, which made sleeping extremely comfortable for me. The facilities were excellent, the swimming pool was very large, and the gym and massage services were top-notch. What I valued most was the breakfast. As you can see from the photos, there was a wide variety of options: Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese noodles, rice, bread, fruits, juices, milk...all kinds of food were available. During my busy work trip, I was able to get plenty of rest and sleep, and I truly appreciate this hotel. I highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha and it was an excellent experience. The rooms are beautifully designed — modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the soft bed, the large bathroom, and the city view from the high floors. Everything was kept spotless and well-maintained. The staff were professional, attentive, and always welcoming. Whether it was check-in, room service, or asking for travel advice, they were quick and friendly in helping out.

The 5 * hotel lived up to expectations. We stayed here for 1 night on a layover. The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable with a great view of city. The breakfast( we paid as it was not included in our booking) was well worth it. A large spread covering all Asian cuisine and a good English breakfast. Choice is vast. The staff are polite and friendly and check in was smooth. Will definitely recommend when visiting or passing through Hanoi. 👍
