Awesome place. Friendly people. Clean rooms. Dinner was absolutely beautiful. Well cooked delicious. Nothing was to much trouble Waitress was so lovely and helpful. Had the salmon. If your a big eater recommend side serve chips or mash. Breakfast was also delicious Walking distance to the museum.

This hotel is in a great, central location. It’s within easy walking distance to Southbank and lots of restaurants. The rooms are clean, contemporary and comfortable. A Nespresso machine would be a nice addition. The breakfast buffet was lacking, as was the lunch offering. Otherwise a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Would give a 4.5 if an option. Room was nice and modern, bed was comfortable, the bathroom door situation is slightly weird but opens up the room. The isn't much storage in the room is probs the biggest issue. Felt like the aircon wasn't the best either. Was staying for a conference and the location was very convenient to the centre as well as all the food and shops around south bank.

I booked the family suite after reading lots of reviews and watching posts on social media for my family of 4 when we landed in Brisbane from London. I was drawn to the hotel for the Lego butler, ride on cars, family room set up for the kids. I was massively disappointed - the room was just a connecting room, nothing special for the children. The ride on cars don’t exist anymore- apparently one was broken and it’s not been replaced so the whole thing is now defunct. And as for the Lego conceirge…. Small boxes of Lego at an inflated price and also very limited options. A unicorn or a more “girlie” Lego - which my son wasn’t impressed with. Breakfast was good, although a bit disappointing too- with pictures around advertising a lush breakfast with waffles but alas, no waffles. Cue more disappointment from a 7 year old. The egg bar was great- fresh to order- which is adults liked. Ultimately the room was clean, we slept ok. The bathrooms were a bit strange, not so private with glass. Also- there’s no bath- just showers. Worth noting if you’re thinking of travelling with kids. My 3 year old hates showers, prefers to luxuriate in a bath.
