Overall we enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. There was a good selection available at breakfast and generous food offering in the lounge each evening and all of good quality. Staff in general are very professional and some in particular that we interacted with were very nice. Particularly in the lounge each evening and at check in.

This is the 5th time I stayed in this hotel and I feel well there. Good location, very attentive staff and a good quality breakfast. The renovated pool is ideal for starting the day and the roof top bar is a good place for a cocktail. I enjoyed also the executive room with a nice bed and great view. Shortly: I will certainly come back again.

It was our first time in Novotel hotel. There were two reasons, why my husband and I chose this place to stay: the first one is proximity to UOB center and the second one is availability of a babysitter service. And I must say that by the moment of our check-out, we got much more than just staying at the hotel with a babysitter service close to UOB. The room we lived in was spacious with a wonderful city view. The bed was fairly soft and comfy. We enjoyed the swimming pool area and outdoor area, where we had our breakfast. As for the breakfast, it was various enough all three days we stayed in, and we had an opportunity to choose different options every day. And, of course, I must say a huge "thank you" to the hotel's staff for kindness and assistance. Especially, we would like to express our gratitude to khun Phear for being such a professional and kind babysitter for our little daughter and khun Gam for choosing such a great babysitter for us🙏🙏

Very comfortable and good service. Excellent bed. Basic TV, no smart TV, cannot stream Netflix etc. The pool is low chlorine but small and could use line markers for laps and markers at the end of the pool to prevent bumping one's head . The food is good but could easily be upgraded from fried potatoes to baked as an example. The breakfast was very good to my standards. Location is close to shopping malls. Price was reasonable.
