I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The environment is absolutely beautiful, with a serene garden that adds a peaceful touch to the whole stay. The atmosphere feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was excellent — a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay! A special shoutout to Lorensia and Anin at the lobby — thank you both for your warm hospitality and genuine kindness. You guys rock!

We had a wonderful holiday at Novotel Nusa Dua! The hotel is in a strategic location, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy all that Bali has to offer. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, heading to the beach, or planning day trips, everything is super convenient. What really made our stay memorable was the warm hospitality from the staff. A special shout-out to Lorensia at the front desk – she was absolutely amazing! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, helped us organize our days, and provided so much helpful information. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Nusa Dua! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtfully designed gardens that make the whole atmosphere feel peaceful and tropical. There’s an abundance of plants and nature all around, which adds to the relaxing vibe. The beach nearby is stunning—clean, calm, and perfect for a peaceful walk or simply relaxing by the water. It really felt like a hidden gem. The staff were all very professional and welcoming throughout the stay. A special thanks to Lorensia for her kind hospitality and warm assistance. She went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Truly appreciated!

The staff are excellent – always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really makes the stay enjoyable. The location is good, though the beach is a short walk away. It’s great to see the outdoor furniture updated, as it makes the common areas more inviting. The beach club is a highlight, although the menu could be expanded. The downside is that the rooms feel dated and could use more attention to cleanliness. The towels didn’t smell freshly washed, which was disappointing. The restaurant food is okay, and the happy hour cocktails are limited and underwhelming. One big negative is the Accor Vacation Club sales staff stationed right at the hotel entrance. They approach guests constantly, which feels pushy and out of place – especially when you’re on holiday and not interested in sitting through a presentation. It really detracts from the relaxed atmosphere and they should back off. Overall, it’s a lovely spot with outstanding staff and a great vibe, but the cleanliness of the rooms, food & beverage, and the aggressive sales tactics need improvement to make the experience truly enjoyable.
