This hotel was awesome!! Price was more reasonable than business hotels. Clean, great housekeeping staff, wait staff and bartenders in the dinning room, bellman and reception all great!! Roof top bar is awesome w/ pool and comfortable places to sit.....my only complaint was the drink the bartender claimed was a mai tai.....it was undrinkable!! The bartenders in the restaurant are fantastic. But beautiful hotel with very kind people in a perfect spot close to Canal St., Bourbon st. And the trollies!!! I will be back!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The facilities were clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the service. Kevin, from the staff, was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always had a friendly attitude. He truly made my stay more pleasant and welcoming. Thank you, Kevin, for your professionalism and kindness, we really appreciated it!

✨ A Gem in the Heart of New Orleans! ✨ This hotel was absolutely beautiful! From the moment I stepped inside, everything felt inviting and stylish. The rooms were spacious and elegant, and having a private balcony was such a treat—perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening while taking in the city vibes. 🥂🌆 The beds were unbelievably comfortable—like sinking into a cloud after a long day of exploring the French Quarter. 🛌💤 The service was outstanding too; every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Now, the location… it’s right in the heart of New Orleans. Yes, that means it’s bustling and lively (this city never sleeps!), but honestly, that’s part of the charm. If you’re here to experience the real New Orleans energy, you can’t ask for a better spot. 🎶✨ Overall, it was a fantastic experience—great atmosphere, great service, and unforgettable memories. I’d absolutely stay here again, and I’m already planning my next trip back. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a very mixed experience with the NOPSI Hotel when planning our wedding for last October. The staff changed over so many times that it was difficult to get responses from anyone. The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful, but you would hope that when you're spending as much as you are at the NOPSI that the customer service would be better. We had a great experience with Meghan Moran, the initial Catering Manager when we booked. Then Gabby Bolding took over that position. She didn't greet us at our tasting & she didn't have a folder laid out for us like the other couples. Her emails were unkind and we never felt like she cared about our experience. Tara Johnson was the Catering Sales Manager when it came time for our wedding. She was fantastic and tried to pick up the pieces left behind by the other team members as best as she could! I'm sure she would be wonderful to work with if you were a new bride there. There were a few major issues we had with the NOPSI in general. Many of our guests had issues with their rooms not actually being booked and showing up to have no reservation. My mother-in-law's suite that was guaranteed in our contract was never given to her. Some of our other guests had issues with the water in their room. They guaranteed they would keep the hotel bar open for us after our reception, something we confirmed with the staff on the day of the wedding. When we left the reception, the hotel bar was closed, leaving our 200 guests just sitting in the lobby. We have followed up at least 20 times about money that we were supposed to be refunded that we have still not received. It's almost been a full year since our wedding. We're likely going to have to get the Better Business Bureau or a lawyer involved at this point.
