Lovely experience. Hotel was beautiful with amazing staff. We were in town for a wedding during Lollapalooza with an 8 month old so we weren't exactly the expected clientele but everyone was amazing. They even gave our daughter a little teddy bear. So sweet. The rooms have great blackout, showers and feel luxury. Heated bathroom floors. Minibar well stocked. Pool was tranquil. Lastly, we heard nothing from inside the hotel. I couldn't even hear my husband take a shower. It was incredible. Only thing I wish is that they had told us to get reservations for the restaurant ahead. We hear it's amazing but weren't able to eat there due to the wait.

Stylish and Accessible, But Not Quite Luxury Nobu Hotel has the boutique vibe they aim for, with wide, accessible rooms and very friendly staff. Check-in was fast and smooth. Overall, it’s a good stay, but for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of luxury and room features. Still, no major complaints.

I booked Nobu Hotel Chicago for a client who has stayed at other Nobu properties. While she loved the hotel itself, she had some issues with the service. She called for an extra comforter and received a blanket a half hour later. She also asked for a bottle of sparkling water and was brought a bottle of still twice, with the manager finally coming up to correct the mistake. Overall, she had a lovely stay, but the attention to detail is what should set a 5 star hotel apart and it was lacking on this trip.
