We stayed for our honeymoon and it was a very nice experience. The staff were very friendly and even left us a nice welcome gift to celebrate our marriage. The rooms were very well laid out, spacious and clean. We had breakfast included, which was lovely and there was a good variety of options. The location was ideal as it was a short walk to the city centre. It is also a very dog friendly hotel and the staff were very accommodating for our little Cocker Spaniel. Would highly recommend.

The stay was absolutely perfect ! The employees are super nice with a special thanks to the breakfast lady that is especially kind and put you in a good mood the second she shows up! The room, the bed, the service, the coffee and the rest are perfect ! The only negative point goes to the American woman in the next room having a phone call at midnight shouting like someone that didn't understand that even of the person is far away you can actually keep the conversation to yourself. I hope she found a place to stay for the rest of her vacation though.

Can’t say enough good things about this stay! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They have a service where they will pick up your luggage from the train station. The rooms are very cozy and have really sweet homey touches. Just loved it! Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Location was great as well!

The hotel is truly beautiful with great attention to detail. I stayed for two nights, and my room was near the stairs—unfortunately, both nights were disrupted by late-night stomping noises, possibly from guests or staff. The second night was particularly busy, and I ended up having to raise a complaint. I had booked a spa package upon arrival. While the massage was relaxing, it didn’t quite feel like a full 60 minutes—more like 45 minutes of actual treatment. Afterward, my lunch was delayed by over 30 minutes. The staff did offer a complimentary drink to make up for it, which I really appreciated. The rooms are lovely with thoughtful touches, though they feel a bit cramped. That said, the table fan provided was enough to keep cool during the hot weather. Despite the few negatives, I’m still giving 4 stars because the staff were genuinely polite, attentive, and eager to help. And a big plus—the free pantry is a fantastic perk!
