My wife, baby, and I had a wonderful and peaceful time at the hotel. I highly recommend staying here — it has a private beach, beautiful and relaxing pools, and what I enjoyed most was the nearby reef, where I went snorkeling with guidance from the hotel staff. It’s definitely worth staying here.

Our stay at Nizuc Resort & Spa was absolutely incredible. The employees are genuinely warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — fresh, delicious, and full of variety. We also dined at the Asian restaurant and tried their duck specialty, which was cooked to perfection and truly memorable. The spa experience was by far the best I’ve ever had — peaceful, luxurious, and deeply relaxing. The entire hotel radiates elegance and comfort, and it truly is the best one we’ve stayed at. As a family traveling with our one-year-old, I was amazed at how included she was in every service. From the family pool area to the attentive staff, everything was set up for us to relax and enjoy. We felt cared for and at ease throughout our entire stay. This wasn’t our first time at Nizuc, and it certainly won’t be our last. We look forward to returning at least once a year to continue creating beautiful memories here.

We had the most unforgettable stay at Nizuc Resort & Spa in Cancun—truly a five-star experience from start to finish! I celebrated a milestone birthday here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The setting is stunning, the service is impeccable, and every detail—from the food to the accommodations—was flawless. What truly set Nizuc apart for us was the incredible kids club. Orchid and Mary are absolute gems—warm, attentive, and truly amazing with the kids. Our little ones were begging to go back every day, and as parents, it gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such loving and capable hands. If you’re looking for a luxurious, family-friendly destination with unmatched service and attention to detail, Nizuc is it. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

The resort is beautiful and service for the most part is impeccable other than the front desk. Restaurants were great. Food quality and service at the restaurants were the best you could ask for. The only things that was extremely disappointing were the way front desk staff was, firstly we were told that we will be upgraded at the check in. When we checked in we were told that the room was upgraded. It was the same room that we had paid almost $1000 per night. We were told it was in the ADULT section. That was the upgrade in THEIR words. There is no such thing when we booked. We were charged close to $30 for a candy bar in the room for a candy that is worth maybe $1. Very disappointing that a resort of this caliber has front desk staff so pathetic. They didn’t remember that we’re celebrating our anniversary. At the check out when I mentioned no remorse or apology. I would not recommend spending that Kirk’s of money for this service.
