- Children (under 12) are not allowed at the Beach Club pool area. During special events, an adults-only (18+) policy may apply. All guests must carry a valid and government-issued ID when entering the venue. You may be asked to present your ID by a Nikki Beach employee, management or a member of the security staff at any time while inside the venue. Refusal to present ID may result in refused entry or removal from the venue.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Families with children of all ages are welcome in Nikki Café, Soul Lounge, and Escape.
- Room upgrades are strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Sunbeds by the pool have an additional charge, according to the bed packages, for all guests. For all in-house guests, the use of the beach sunbeds is free, as well as the use of the main pool.
