If you’re used to Nikki Beach from other locations, be aware that’s not at all comparable to this location. We were looking forward to spend our last day at Santorini at Nikki beach for great vibes, good food and drinks. We didn’t stay at the hotel, but rented sun beds. First of all our sun beds was under a tree so there wasn’t a lot of sun. The staff was not helpful at all, every time we wanted to order something we have to walk up to the waiters that were just hanging around up by the pool area. Felt as if we were interrupting them.. needless to say, we didn’t manage to spend so much money (drink as much rosé) as we were planning. We had lunch in the restaurant, nothing noteworthy of the food, very disappointed compared to their other locations in France and Spain. We did have a very nice waiter at the restaurant which gave us a lot of great recommendations. He is the only reason I’m giving one star on service. They don’t have a real bartender, their “famous mojito” were made by pouring all ingredients in a glass and topped off with some ice. No shaking nor stirring, this obviously tasted horrible 🙃 When we closed our tab for the sunbeds our waiter charged us too much. We asked to see the receipt twice but he couldn’t show it to us and did not explain why we couldn’t see it. My friend had to use 15 minutes to get him to fix this and in the end we got our money back in cash.. If you want a place that’s fun, this is not it. Yes they had a DJ and sax dude, but it was mainly couples and no one seemed to be anywhere close to a party mood. Be smart and save your money for another place on this island, this is not a Nikki Beach experience anyone should have.

We stayed at Nikki Beach in Santorini for twelve days, and from the very beginning, the service was disappointing. Our room was not properly cleaned, and even after asking several times and walking to the reception three times due to an ant problem in the room, I was shouted at by the manager before the room was finally cleaned. Although the room is cleaned daily, the quality is poor. Cups are not cleared, and sometimes the floor is mopped, sometimes not. We had breakfast included, but the selection was extremely limited, and there was only pork – no alternatives for people who don’t eat it. The service during breakfast was also very poor. You have to ask multiple times to get any attention or service. Hotel guests who don’t pay €450 for a sunbed are placed in the back area, far from the main pool. There’s a small pool hidden behind a wall where you’re expected to stay. The beach is dirty, and overall, the entire experience was overpriced with very poor service. Not recommended.
