Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Access to the Quang Nam House Lounge & Bar offers one evening cocktail per adult and free-flow sparkling winefrom 5.30–7.30pm, all-day snacks, light meals and seasonal fruit. Access is exclusive to Executive Lounge guests from 11am to 6.30pm and open to general guests from 6.30pm to 1am.
- Access to Downtime Renew spa is not permitted for guests under 18 years old.
- Downtime Renew spa provides guests and members access to the jacuzzi, steam rooms, and a relaxation area. Daily recreation activities include karate classes, yoga, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, stretching, aquafit classes and more.
- The shuttle bus to Da Nang or Hoi An Ancient Town must be booked 24 hours in advance.
- Daily dinner includes three courses from a set menu at any one of the following: Blend restaurant (onsite) from 6–9pm, Charred (New World Hoiana Hotel) from 6–9.30pm or Osteria (Nox Beach Club) from 6–9.30pm.
- Daily buffet breakfast is available at Blend restaurant from 6.30–11am.
- Welcome drink is a sugarcane juice.
- Nightly cocktails are available at The Commons or Nox Beach Club.
