7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Daily buffet breakfast is available at Blend restaurant from 6.30am to 11am.
- Daily lunch or dinner includes three courses from a set menu at any one of the following: Charred (lunch); Osteria (dinner); Seafood Shark (dinner); Cove (lunch) or The Edge (lunch/dinner).
- Lunch is served from 11am to 2pm.
- Dinner is served from 7pm to 10pm.
- Spa and laundry discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- Access to the Downtime Renew Spa, Asian bathhouse, Japanese onsen, jacuzzi and sauna is not permitted for guests under 18.
- Downtime Renew Spa provides guests and members access to the jacuzzi, steam rooms and a relaxation area.
- Daily recreation includes karate classes, yoga, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, stretching, aquafit classes and more.
- Kids Club Opening Hours: 9am–7pm. Parents or legal guardians are required to supervise their children within the resort premises at all times.
- Nightly drinks are available at Nox Beach Bar and will be one beer or non-alcoholic drink per adult. Drinks can be redeemed between 2pm–10pm.
- One signature Vietnamese coffee per guest can be enjoyed at The Commons between 11am–7.30pm.
- Complimentary shuttle to Da Nang or Hoi An Ancient Town operates per the resort’s schedule, and is a shared service. Guests may use the service as often as they like.
- Airport shuttle transfers: Please note shuttle transfers are on a set schedule. For arrivals to Da Nang Airport, shuttles leave between 11am–7pm. For departures from the hotel, shuttles leave from 10am–6pm. Please contact the hotel for more information and schedules.
- Private airport transfers (select packages only): Please get in touch with the hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange transfers. Child seats are available upon request.
