Customers who book the package and are not an Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark and The Netherlands resident will pay a surcharge of USD61 per room per night upon check-in.
Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.
Non Compulsory Christmas Eve or Day Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 & 25 December, an additional surcharge on top of the unused base benefit of IDR579,590 per person applies at The Café or Table8. A charge of IDR1,136,190 applies to additional guests not included in the base package. Payable directly to the resort.
Non Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2024, an additional surcharge on top of the unused base benefit of IDR1,936,000 per person applies at The Café or Table8. A charge of IDR2,539,790 per person applies to additional guests not included in the base package. Payable directly to the resort.
2024 Compulsory New Year’s Eve Entertainment: For stays on 31 December 2024, an additional surcharge of IDR2,150,500 per person (including a non-alcoholic drinks package) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Entertainment in the Grand Ballroom. The ballroom’s doors open from 9pm. Surchage is payable directly to the resort. Please note the surcharge includes entertainment and non-alcoholic drinks only and does not include dinner.
New Year’s Eve: Checkout and departure will be unavailable on 31 December 2024.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
- Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
- Transport to and from the beach club is not included.

- Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
- Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
