7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Daily breakfast is served buffet-style at The Cafe between 7am and 11am.
- Dining credit can be used on the a la carte menu at Edogin, Soleil (excluding Sunday brunch), Mulia Deli, or Cascade Lounge. Surcharges will apply on 24, 25, 31 December 2023 and 1 January 2024. The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Lunch is served from 12pm until 3pm at Table8, and dinner from 6pm until 10.30pm at The Cafe or Table8.

- Campaign packages are valid for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark and Netherlands residents only. - Lagoon rooms and suites are not ideal for small children as there is no fencing to the pool.
- For bookings at Royal Suite Beachfront, in case of any event happening at the Unity Garden that is located in front of Royal Suite Beachfront, Luxury Escapes and guests will release and discharge Mulia from all liability, claims and demands due to noise and others, without prior notice.
- Photos are representative of each type of room, and there is no guarantee that your room view and bed type will be the same as the photo, as it depends on the availability and location upon check-in.

- A three-seater passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage, while a six-seater passenger car can fit six pieces.
- An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat, each way, or you are permitted to bring your own to fit in the car.
- The driver will wait for up to one hour, after which, the airport transfer will be considered cancelled.
