Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali

This hotel is AMAZING. We stayed here for 1 out of our Bali’s 5 night and wished we had stayed for at least 3. Jan and his team is so meticulous in making sure you have what you need at every moment and feel at home. The hotel is very clean, the drinks are superb. The additional services (restaurants, bar, spa) is excellent. The way the hotel is built and run is very well thought of. Jan run his team with definition of hospitality at its best! Thank you for making our stay one we will always remember! We will be back!

The hotel was truly exceptional: everything was well organized — breakfast, food, service, and entertainment for the kids. I can say it was my best choice for this trip. We stayed there for a week and it was absolutely perfect. It will definitely be one of my choices again in the future.

I stayed 6 nights in the hotel and overall I and my family had great time during our stay! The swimming pool is amazing and very spacious and the deep is very reasonable, there are around three pools that cater for all needs with water slides and jumping facilities. The location is ideal and only few minutes walking distance to the beach. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had most of our meals in the hotel and we never been disappointed. Lisa the guest relations manager has gone beyond to ensure our stay is memorable. Looking forward to staying again

We recently stayed at the Mövenpick Resort in Jimbaran with a group of three families, including children aged between 4 and 11. The facilities were excellent, well kept, family friendly, and offering everything you would hope for in a resort setting. The kids loved the environment, and it is clear this place has the potential to be truly exceptional. Where things fell short, unfortunately, was in the service. The staff were friendly, but not genuinely helpful. It was obvious they had been trained in certain procedures, but the training itself seems poorly thought out. Rather than creating a smooth and welcoming guest experience, it left us frustrated on a daily basis. Across multiple venues in the resort and with multiple staff members, we experienced the same recurring issues. To give just a few examples: Waiting more than 30 minutes for a simple coffee. Standing at the bar for 10 minutes only to be served a warm beer. Having to repeat the same order to the same server several times before it was delivered. These were not isolated mistakes but daily occurrences of poor service, which made it clear that the problem lies in the overall training and standards. Individually these issues may seem small, but together they added up to an experience that felt average at best. For a resort of this calibre, that is disappointing. This could easily be one of the greatest resorts on earth, but until the quality of service matches the standard of the facilities, it will continue to fall short. We are grateful for the hospitality and the beautiful setting, but left disappointed that the basics of service were consistently handled so poorly.
