We chose this for our daughter's 10th birthday celebration, and didn't disappoint! From the accommodating staff (s/o to Lloyd at the Front Desk), the excellent service (welcome amenities they gave us was heartwarming), the activities (with fees or none), and the food selection was excellent! Will definitely go back here because an overnight stay is not enough!

Tranquil sandy beach, a bit hidden, good place for stay in Boracay. Good food, VIP unique approach to guests. Exceptional airport transfer even when with shared option - fast, seamless and even including waiting lounge at the pier. To the pros: there is a shuttle bus to the main part of the island, several times a day.

We recently stayed here and it was not a pleasant stay. Yeah the room was great, clean and well kept. But there was a leaking sound inside the wall that kept going on in our whole stay. We did not have a good sleep because of it. We were also given a room that is above a renovation site which started at 10AM. Location-wise, it was very inconvenient to go to the center of Boracay. Their shuttle service is too limited. The beach in front of the hotel was also not good. The only pro I can think of is the pool. But other than that, I would not come back to this place.

I’ve stayed at many resorts, but this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. During my stay, I made the mistake of leaving my wallet out of the safe in my room. After room service came to clean, $300 was missing from my wallet. I immediately reported the incident, expecting the resort to at least take it seriously and investigate. Instead, they brushed it off and hid behind their so-called “policy” of not being responsible for anything left outside the safe. Let me be clear—this isn’t about their policy. This is about the fact that I had money stolen in their resort by their staff, and instead of showing accountability, they closed the case as if nothing happened. It’s unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows how little they value the safety and trust of their guests. If you’re considering staying here, beware. You’re basically on your own, and if something is stolen—even by their employees—they won’t lift a finger to help you. I will never return and will be warning everyone I know about how this place handles theft.
