This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

I stayed 4 nights with my family at the hotel and we had a great experience. Family suite was well prepared with games and teddy bears for the kids. The service was outstanding. Special thank you for the great work of the concierge team - Time and Pai who help us very effectively to find cabs when needed, advise us about where to go in the city,… I strongly recommend.

One of the Best Accor Hotels I’ve Stayed In! I stayed at Mövenpick BDMS Bangkok as an Accor Platinum member and really appreciated the priority welcome upon arrival. The ambiance and interior were beautiful calm, elegant, and very relaxing. My room was upgraded to a Wellness Suite King, and it was amazing! A huge 74sqm space with a separate living room, bedroom with river view, and a powder room. I was also greeted with chocolates and a welcome letter from the General Manager, which was such a thoughtful touch. All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming throughout my stay. I enjoyed the Chocolate Hour, afternoon tea in the Executive Lounge, and the breakfast buffet — all great perks for Platinum members. The location is convenient, close to Platinum Mall for those who love shopping, and they even have a shuttle bus service with scheduled trips to the bts skytrain statio Overall, this has been the best Accor experience I’ve had so far. Everything from the service to the atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back.

July 2025 So quiet and peaceful. Perfect hotel for unwinding. Amazing clean swimming pool and gym. Very friendly and courteous staff. Special shut out to the: Concierge team - Kai, Peach, Thor and A. They always rush to open the car door and help us with shopping bags. Room service team - attention to detail. Every day feels like the first day we entered the room. Tina from Nourish restaurant - very warm, attentive and great team player. Always busy helping other table as well. And the staff at Rim Klong Cafe. Always smiling and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The service was outstanding—special thanks to Mon and Boy, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was convenient, the interiors were stylish and inviting, and the garden and swimming pool created a perfect setting for relaxation. Everything about our experience was lovely, with one exception—the peacocks kept in a cage. While the garden itself was peaceful and well-maintained, it was difficult to fully relax knowing such large, majestic birds were confined. We also noticed that a few other guests felt the same way and expressed similar concerns. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return, especially if the hotel considers a more natural environment for the animals in future.
