Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Breakfast is served at mood bistro from 6.30am to 10.30am.
- Nighty one-hour of free-flow drinks is from 6pm to 7pm at mood bistro or the pool bar, and includes local beer, soft drinks, a selection of cocktails and mixed drinks.
- Minibar refills for the Studio and Deluxe River View rooms include one snack and two soft drinks. Minibar refills for the Two Bedroom Apartment River View include two snacks, two soft drinks and one local beer.
- Three-course lunches or dinners can be redeemed any time from 6am to 10pm.
- 60-minute massage requires advance reservation. mood epiphany spa is open from 9am to 9pm.
- Cooking class and lunch will take place at either the mood bistro or by the pool, depending on the weather. Bookings are required at least 24 hours prior. This lunch will be in addition to and does not replace any other lunches included in the package.
- Roundtrip private airport transfers are organised by the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm arrival and departure times. The standard vehicle is a four-seater car. Should more than four guests need transfers they must upgrade to the seven-seater car for a surcharge of A$27 each way, paid directly to the hotel. Guests with more than one piece of luggage each will also need to upgrade to the seven-seater car for the surcharge.
