  • Minibar refills for the Studio and Deluxe River View rooms include one snack and two soft drinks. Minibar refills for the Two Bedroom Apartment River View include two snacks, two soft drinks and one local beer.
  • Three-course lunches or dinners can be redeemed any time from 6am to 10pm.
  • 60-minute massage requires advance reservation. mood epiphany spa is open from 9am to 9pm.
  • Cooking class and lunch will take place at either the mood bistro or by the pool, depending on the weather. Bookings are required at least 24 hours prior. This lunch will be in addition to and does not replace any other lunches included in the package.
  • Roundtrip private airport transfers are organised by the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm arrival and departure times. The standard vehicle is a four-seater car. Should more than four guests need transfers they must upgrade to the seven-seater car for a surcharge of A$27 each way, paid directly to the hotel. Guests with more than one piece of luggage each will also need to upgrade to the seven-seater car for the surcharge.
