Montigo Resorts, Seminyak is set in the heart of lively Seminyak, just a short walk from the famous Eat Street and Mrs Sippy Bali. The resort is a 20-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). A one-way airport transfer is included in your package. Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 22 March 2023, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Package Inclusions: Inclusions are correct at the time of purchase. Refer to your booking confirmation for details.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Scoopon credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Scoopon credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Scoopon. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is served at Tiigo Restaurant between 7am – 10.30am.
• Cocktails can be enjoyed at Tiigo Restaurant from 1.30pm – 10.30pm.
• Dinner is available at Tiigo Restaurant from 6pm – 10.30pm.
• Guest must book their 60-minute massage at Montigo Spa at least 24 hours in advance.
• Children who stay free of charge with packages that include a transfer are able to join the transfer however, please advise the hotel ahead of time.
• For children not included in package, Tilo Kids Club access is available for A$12/hour, subject to change.
