Montigo Resorts Nongsa enjoys an ocean-facing location along a quiet stretch of coast on Batam Island. The resort is a 30-minute drive from the city centre, where you’ll find an abundance of restaurants and shops. From Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), the fastest way to get to the island is to take the ferry from Tanah Merah Terminal to Nongsapura Terminal (30 minutes). Ferry transfers are not included; please plan accordingly. From the ferry terminal, it’s a five-minute drive to the resort. Return land transfers from Nongsapura Terminal to the resort are included in your package. Please contact the resort to arrange.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Ferry tickets to Batam Island are not included. Guests must make their way to the Nongsapura Ferry Terminal for their shuttle transfer. It is guests’ responsibility to ensure flight times align with ferry times. A stopover in Singapore may be required depending on flight arrival and departure times.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at TADD’s Restaurant from 7am until 10am.
- Guests can choose between a daily set-menu, three-course lunch or dinner, served at TADD’s Restaurant.
- Nightly cocktails are served at TIIGO Beach Club from a special cocktail menu.
- In-room minibar contains cans of soft drinks and bottles of mineral water, refreshed daily during turndown.
- Spa credit is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no minimum spend required.
- Return transfers are a shared shuttle bus transfer from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal to the resort. Shuttles run based on ferry arrival times. Upon booking your ferry tickets, email reservations.nongsa@montigoresorts.com to arrange the land transfer. Eight ferries are departing daily from Tanah Merah Terminal to Nongsapura.
- Tilo Kids’ Club is open from 9am until 5pm, available to children aged three and above.
