My family had an amazing week in the Whitsundays and a big part of that was where we chose to stay. The 3-bed Ocean View suite was just incredible. The rooms are so large & the whole resort has such a relaxing, luxury holiday feel. Buffet breakfast every morning was great, the bar & restaurant were also top notch. Lastly the staff were all incredible, so friendly and accomodating from initial booking through to checking out. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else for our next visit!

Lovely apartment with divine views overlooking Pioneer Bay. Even though the location was not in the centre of town, we found the taxi service was able to zip us into town in around 5 min. We appreciated the tranquility and seclusion and especially loved taking a wander down Turtle Boardwalk looking for wild turtles. The pool was enjoyed by our children but a fraction too cool for us adults during July. I can imagine during the warmer months, the pool temperature would have been idyllic. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

If you're chasing space, peace, and a sea view that makes you forget your email password, this is your place. Our room? Massive. Like, dance-around-in-your-bathrobe massive. And with that sweeping ocean view included in the rate? A total steal. Waking up to that shimmering horizon felt like a scene from a travel magazine—except it was real, and I didn’t even need a drone. Service was minimal but meaningful—think: apartment-style hospitality. No daily pampering, but we were happy to trade silver trays for privacy and calm. The staff we did meet were warm, helpful, and gave us just what we needed (and stayed out of our way when we didn’t). Now the breakfast… let’s just say it filled the void, not the soul. Coffee was good, but it'll cost you extra—worth it if you're a caffeine snob, skippable if not. The one true drawback? Location. Unless you love long walks to nowhere or plan on becoming best friends with the shuttle schedule, this place is a bit out there. Far from town, far from buzz—but maybe, just maybe, that’s the point.

The included breakfast was no-thrills, if you want a barrister coffee from the same restaurant you'd have to pay. The apartment was huge and comfy, love it, cleaned very well. I would recommend they paint the walls to refresh it. The patio was awesome with a view to die for. 20 minutes walk to main street. Few loose fixtures that could use some attention, minor details, the wifi was slow and disconnected frequently. Great kitchen, with everything you need. Very peaceful. Lovely pool areas... I could go on and on... Highly recommend!
