7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Amethyst Restaurant from 6.30am until 10.30am.
- Free-flow drinks are available from 3pm to 6pm at Amethyst Restaurant from a limited menu inclusive of soft drinks, juice, local beer and basic spirits.
- Choice of lunch or dinner is served at Amethyst Restaurant. Lunch is served from 11am until 3pm and dinner is served from 5pm until 10pm. Meals are a choice of a four-course Western set or sharing Thai set menu.
- To avoid disappointment, pre-booking at the Spa is recommended. Guests will be provided with vouchers upon check-in.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB210 per additional seat required. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
